He is! And although Rogi is such a rotten person, I have a soft spot for him because it's like he's a kid and doesn't really mean harm when he does stupid things.
Akitora is attracted to Rogi because Rogi reminds him of himself. Akitora is in love with himself and in mourning for the way he was forced to repress his own wild side. As you say, he knows Rogi is dangerous and he's knowingly courting disaster. He's holding out the thing he knows Rogi wants--love and a family--to serve his own vanity. And now he's going to use Rogi to get at his father. Akitora is no innocent worker bee. He's poisonous himself.

Anyways, I totally want to know why Asoda said “if I did, what would be left of you” to Tatsuyuki (Yondaime story) when Tatsuyuki asked Asoda to take over the group instead. Also Asoda sans story too.. how he became part of the group.

Akitora knows Rogi is poisonous but can’t help being attracted to it. Rogi is like that beautiful wild flower that would make the hard working bee falls and dies in its trap. I’m so conflicted but at the same time I find Rogi incredibly seductive(⊙…⊙ )
