I think so too. That flashback he had plus he kept telling yuri that he was dirty. I think he said"kill me" like yuri could do anything to him and he'd love it
I can confirm it wasn't lost in translation! He said "koroshite" which for sure means "kill me".
But well he has been shown to be suicidal so maybe it's linked to that.
