If you scroll all the way down to the section that says, "Order", and click the purple icon with some text in Japanese, you'll find the form that you have to fill out in order to ... order the volume and OVA: http://www.gentosha-comics.net/event/ogeretsu.html
I was so ready ... and yet ... aaarrrgghhh ╥﹏╥

You can buy a Japanese edition on CD Japan

Otherwise it's a good way to improve your french (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ (I've had to buy a couple of manga in German, if you've read the scans multiple times you'll remeber enough of what they're saying to understand a bit)

Because I'm Danish, my German is almost better than my French, lol; I can understand a bunch without having to make an effort at all because the language is so similar to my native language. Maybe I should just get it in German. ( ̄∇ ̄")
I just really want the OVA as well which you can only get in a Japanese bookstore; thanks for the tip, though! (⌒▽⌒) Maybe I'll order a copy in each language - that would actually be pretty hilarious. I plan to study the Japanese culture and language in university next summer anyway. I might as well get started a little earlier, lol, while improving my German and French at the same time.

The german version would be a good option then! They do have special editions for the books (the regular french edition is very neat though) and volume 2 will come out sooner in Germany (in June) than in France (in July)...
I'm French and took German as a secondary language in school but I have less trouble reading spanish scans than german translations ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍ I guess recognizing the words is more helpful than the knowledge of grammar to understand simple dialogues...
... You have to download and fill out a Japanese request form and bring it to a Japanese book/comic store. I thought Amazon and I were friends... ┗( T﹏T )┛
I've bought Sekaiichi Hatsukoi and Ten Count from Amazon... Hopefully, some wonderful person will buy it, do a fan-translation of the OVA(s) and share it online somewhere for us hopeless fans. It baffles me that I can only purchase the first volume of the series ... IN FRENCH (off Amazon) - my French skills aren't good enough for me to understand everything, though. I'm so desperate to support the mangaka at this point that I might as well just end up buying the first volume in French...
