That's a simple question. Use a Calendar! (≧∀≦) Your phone calendar can even see the weeks of future years XD (At least mine does. 27 Sept, 2019 falls on Friday)
27 Sept 2017 was on a Wednesday. So this year should be Thursday

Actually just find out this manga is from 2017. It has 1 volume and still ongoing. (Baka-updates) So this 'Sept 27' might be indeed on Wed if it was from 2017 !!
