Yes it’s fast paced... but that’s just because the character (black haired guy) is like that. Even the main character is confused by it. However, he’s (main character) choosing not to think to much about it because he isn’t taking the relationship seriously. I think it adds to the humour, no?
I agree the artwork may seem stiff, but I think the emotions just haven’t started for the main character yet.

I am somehow expecting the seme to already know about the uke. They accidenetly went on the same train, yeah right. He probably saw him in the gay bar and got all happy realising the guy he's been eyeing on the train was gay.
