I think what she/he trying to say is that she/he already predicted and knew that the chaos gonna happened, so she/he just doesn't understand why people are being so shocked about it when it's so obvious that the massacre is inevitable.
Anyone else feel a bit confuesed with these last few chapters or am I just an idiot to see what’s happening when it is blindly obvious
