It's not rape if he agree. Which he did in the middle. Stop making each yaoi manga a rape one because in each one of them they say no.

it's rape if the person said no in the begining, if the person wasn't happy afterwards and if it's not 100% consensual. The story is fictional but it's nice to draw a line and remind people every single time what rape it ;)

It was consensual. Uke correspond the kiss, uke ask if he can jerk the seme of, uke want him to kiss him more. That is agreeing to it.
I'm tired of saying that each sex scene in ALL yaoi mangas starts with the same saying "no" "stop it" so saying that doesn't make it rape. Much less if the the uke agrees to the whole thing

But Kiyou didn’t “agree to the whole thing.” He was aroused and got into it after a while but it’s still rape because at one point he WASN’T okay with it. You should read about consent because you clearly do not have a very good understanding of it. So many real-life rape victims have been robbed of justice because of arguments like this.

And the other thing is that people say this about so many yaoi mangas because SO MANY YAOI MANGAS CONTAIN RAPE. And often, even if the sex isn’t clearly noncon, it’s dubious consent, which still isn’t actual consent. Forgive me but it just seems like you’re ultimately saying that people should just stop pointing out rape in yaoi. If people such as yourself really think that this isn’t rape, then stopping pointing it out is the last thing that needs to happen.

Look, it’s one thing if you understand that it’s rape and still want to enjoy the story because you’ve chosen to suspend your disbelief, but it’s another thing to actually promote ideas that trivialize consent. That’s not okay. I’m not in the “anti-shipping” crowd but I’m also not going to say that fiction and reality are completely separate, because they aren't. Because clearly it’s influenced your thinking about consent, either by giving you certain false beliefs about consent or by reinforcing false beliefs about consent that you already had.

You are getting me wrong. This chapter doesn't have rape for the things I said before the uke agree at the beginning at the first kiss and continue agreeing even until the end of the chapter thinking that he wants more, and in the middle as well when he jerked him of. That's consensual bc he's participating of the sex act. He's not just lying down there doing nothing leting the other guy make whatever he want with him. He correspond and give the guy pleasure as well. He wasn't just "getting aroused" cuz the other was touching him. It is mutual even if the uke is still doubtful about his sexuality (the reason of his refusal).

They say seme rape him for real in the following chapters so it seems to be a rape story. That doesn't mean that we enjoy rape or think rape is OK even if it's fiction.
So many yaoi mangas contains rape (yes the ones that are focused on it or clearly states that it has it at some point in the story) but not all yaoi mangas become rape centered just because the uke say no once. I think you are too sensitive about this "he say no" "he's forcing it" when he isn't. Just read it again slowly and you'll see
