I've read both novels and I have to say I'm not that into Feng Teng. To me he's overbearing and pushy. I like Xiao Nai a lot more.

In the translated A Love So Beautiful I read, Shan Shan and Feng Teng stories were only side stories (I really liked them there). I didn't know there is a separate novel for Shan and Teng haha
