Ren was found wandering around Japan and taken into an Orphanage. When he was found he only knew his name and age but nothing else. Once at the orphanage he was abused and withdrew from society (he acted like part of the wolf/dog pack) and Haru's parent's adopted him but they died in a car accident. Also, Haru is the one who got Ren to be "normal" again... hope this helps!
We don't know his story. He was found on the corner of a road in Canada and that's why he was there. I think a few chapters ago they almost found ren's mother
der ws only his mom mentnd.. she ws found dead due to OD in a motel room..
