I think this is the tappytoons version. The Spanish version isn't edited like this. I wish this were the unedited version!! Also, ignore kyzona girl - they are posting stuff like that on a bunch of comments.

What's the reason this version (whatever this came from) is different with the korean one? I mean not just in terms of dialogue but also the drawing itself. For ex this version use "I want you" instead of "do you want to put in" for 넣고 싶어 and also that panel at ch 4 where we should see the difference between the twins body but Sarang's body got cut in abdomen area, like dude that's what Jinwoo talked about in that part. And it's a blatantly deliberate alteration so what's that for?
