You can work as a host/hostess without doing anything sexual for the customers. The main thing is just that you have to sit with them and you have to get them to keep drinking. Distract them and entertain them so they keep coming back. The money is mostly sort of commissions from the drinks you made the customers consume.
The pics of Mito is mostly when he has to be a stand-in when the other workers cannot come in. Or when Mama needs new outfits modelled.
