You can always read it on tumblr. Usually the raws will be up on the 18 or 19 every month. And the fan translated version a couple of days (sometimes 1 week later)

but I don't have a tumblr account. (Got to many accounts to manage that I can't handle them all. And they not all mine either. Only creating account if I got no choice)

Yeap. Just type the title of the manga & the chapter that you want to read.

Ex: Kuroshitsuji 138

Or you can just directly go to the kuroshitsuji fan accounts that translate the manga. I'd recommend:

1. Hotteokah
2. Akumadeenglish (also translates yana sensei's tweets too)

On a side note, apparently there will only be 16 pages for the next upcoming chapter (ch139)
