I'm not sure if I'm right or not but I assume that a dominate omega is someone that was born an omega and instead of a recessive omega where they were misdiagnosed as a beta or alpha and then later start to show signs of being an omega.
Dominant omega can get pregnant easily , recessive omega no.
I think this is correct, plus I think "weaker" aka recessive omegas supposedly have less pheromones. Dominant omegas have stronger and/or sweeter scent. NOT SURE THOUGH
