omg I saw it!!! I was screaming reading the last page. That was just so cute. Him wearing Maki's sweater and Maki just standing there so happy and blissful seeing Arata being happy in front of him.
Maki also took care of the plants, watering them when arata was away for half year!
And no one is going to mention, that at the end Arata wears Maki's sweather...? (▰˘◡˘▰) so cute....
