Yesss I feel the same way. Whenever I meet someone new who likes Black Butler and they say their favorite character is Alois or that was their favorite arc I'm just like #－.－) I mean everyone is free to enjoy whatever they like but I prefer to pretend that arc never happened hahaha

(off topic from everyone else. kind of. but not totally) i was rewatching most the series today, and like always, i hate the alois arc. all of it. i hate that bratty kid and all five demons around him. and ciel being a demon, while that plot is an interesting twist, i so hope with all of my being we DON"T go that route in the manga. i actually like that ciel is all game for handing his soul over after everything. i prefer it that way.
