Some nameless characters would only be known near the end of the stories. Others would left blank for us to use our own imagination :<

I kinda hope its simple. At first, I thought it was Sebastian..because Ciel has an inferiority complex the size of Texas and maybe he wanted to remind himself of what he's become...but then in the flashback, there actually was a dog named Sebastian.
Also Who names their kid Ciel and their dog Sebastian?? No offense, but Ciel is a very very uncommon name for proper posh Victorian england.
Since Ciel means Heaven/Sky in French gives me a guess that the other twin -our Ciel-
might be called with the meaning of Hell along the lines After all he controls a Demon.
Either that or a similar name as Ciel such as Celeste (Hope not, that's a girls name)
But since we talking about Yana Toboso she might completely surprise us hehe.
I remember there was someone here saying fake ciel's real name might be Astre. That would be a really fitting name imo!
