totally agree. sangtae is being a dick to the uke and we all know, that somehow the latter will fall in love with the seme, despite seme's humiliating him. also, soon ppl will prolly say things like 'ohhh, look at his tough childhood, his parents were so strict etc' - these circumstances don't give you right to be a dick to someone. soo it's a no from me. Inequality in relationships for me is definitely not sexy.

The bullying is one thing, but stealing the credit for nam's work is too much and he doesn't even feel bad about it since he made a comment on how Nam supposedly doesn't perform well at work. Nam really needs to speak up for himself and correct people when they mistake his work for Ma's work.
(Ma's an asshole, but he's a smart one and I can't blame him to take advantage of other people's mistake. He didn't straight up tell people it was his work, but he just let them assume it was the case.)
I would change companies as soon as possible. I do not like the sadistic seme. He took the glory for the hard work of Nam and he didn't even apologized.
