Same here.... it didn't seem like a happy endind so I'm dropping it. Any end without that abuser dead is a bad ending in my book. I can't deal with such a tragic backstory without any promises of a good ending

It kinda open ending ,but for me it optimistic .i can say that They finally end up together even if we don't see that scene at the end .
