Maybe the reason for their existence is because of Will? Or maybe there was a clause to Blood's contract, that if he loses he will no longer be an iintelligent undead or he'll just cease to exist... Oh god, I hope I'm wrong
if he is going to be a paladin, and slay undead maybe to actually win he will need to slay blood?
