Uhhhjh I read the first chapter and this dude is actually the most fanfiction-y mc ever. this is definitely a "tragic backstory that affects how you treat people, and then later you get someone you loves u and cares for u, and then helps u break out of your shell and then u guys fuck" kinda story, it's also kind of second hand embarrassment for me because he sounds like a self insert from the authors 2006-2014 years.
