i wish i could read and understand japanese, this might be one of those cases where you won't get the nuances unless you're a native
methinks the japanese was transliterated (translated literally) which includes japanese idioms, like if you translate an english idiom literally (for example "im caught in a pickle"), other non english speakers would get confused
the art was good but translations are hella confusing tho. i cant make the connection with the knife at ch 3 page 16 and ch 5 pg 16 to the story as well as the "words are demons, it can be your mama or a fire"??? was the manga using poetic japanese that it does not translate well into comprehensible english?
