I'm pretty sure the sentence "That's why please I wish you happiness" is actually said by Kami and the sentence is "You are my most precious friend […] that's why please I wish you happiness" but I could be wrong ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I think u got it wrong. If u read the manga again, it was Gou's monologue at that time and at the end of the "Thats why please I wish you happiness" sentence he teared up
