He doesn't want his condo to smell like cigarettes so he smokes e-cigs at home only. He smokes regular cigarettes elsewhere because he doesn't care...they are in love hotel, not his place.

i just remembered that jiwon once said that he doesn't smoke regular cigarettes in his house because he hates the smell (he uses e-cig instead; i think he said this in the first few chapters cmiw) but in this chapter, the ones he is using look like regular cigarettes? lol
