Chapter 35, pages 15-6 also hints at this. Hob-uki doesn't look nearly as disgusted as the others when the vampire guy declares his love for Rou. In fact, she seems very interested.

XD I get the hints. Notice how hob-uki chan was comparing the feminine and maniliness of them two and drooling at the same time?She's actually determining the seme and uke(top and bottom)
Also notice how she turned into a ghoul?Well,ghouls are basically rotten and she's a girl so she's a rotten girl.
So to sum it up i think the authors are hinting us that she's a fujoshi,a rotten gorl in english.She's someone who likes BL or romance between men.
Although this is just some random thinking that I got from the hints given so not 100% sure. (=・ω・=)
