since shimojou was a former yakuza and is still wanted by the piloce if ever they were found out, its obvious that he will go to jail, while for the other one since he is
an investigator, i believe that thr police wil try save him and deny any allegations that those two were working together.
right I see that makes sense. so what does shimojou do now? also do you know why he went back to japan? lol I’m so sorry I just feel like I haven’t understood this manga very well

i love this manga but for some reason i can’t completely understand certain aspects of the plot. but anyway my main question is, what is shimojou’s job now? like is he still yakuza?? and what was their conversation about when they were talking about the police not protecting them? idk i just don’t get a couple of things
