So basically (at least, what i thinkt) there are 2 options:
1(this is what i think is going on) : chinese boy gave him a fake stone to make him believe that he has fallen out of love with jinha ... and then our chinese boy will try to make him believe that he is in love with him instead ... since the stone shows, who you want to meet the most and he showed up
2: siwon has no feelings for jinha anymore and is starting to get interested in our chinese boy, since he is hot and saved him like prince charming 2x and got "injured" because of him ... hence he appeared in his dream
This is ridiciulous ... let's say he has no option ... well honey i wouldn't just lay there and enjoy the pool and the sun ... i don't know what the author is thinking, but siwon doesn't seem determined about escaping ... i don't see it in his expressions nor in his behaviour
