Ï don´t think he desires Akihito. He just likes him, because he got the chance to get to know him and he found out he was a good egg.. Also Akihito respects Feilong and was able to see through the "mist" Feilong creates so that no-one would get to him- and it moved Feilong so much that he started respecting Akihito and the Akihito-Asami couple..
Whether he desires Asami.. maybe it´s shifting now.. There is more mutual respect, maybe Feilong will grow out of his "rejected girlfriend" attitude and finally finds another love interest? (Although seeing those two together would be a treat it might go against the character development and that would be a much bigger let down than not seeing those two together)...

I loved it. Thank you again :). Feilong is a mesmerizing character... What I find fascinating, that manga, using just a few bubble words here and there is able to communicate in time that Feilong is who he is. Yoh is still a mystery to me, but I think I skipped the part how he got together with Feilong at the very beginning.. This novel was a nice walk through what I thought Feilong is and it was a delight! And yes, he deserves a bit of love, doesn´t he.. He´s still the strong yet fragile lonely thing there...
╥﹏╥ agree... it's so damn romantic for them, especially when Yoh said that Feilong has a warm-hearted heart or how he said that his feeling is never changed. I wish we got another lovey dovey moment between them soon!. looks like Fei was jealous of Asami and Akihito's relationship because he can't express or act romantically with his new love, but Yoh dropped the suffix showed that something is definitely changed. for Yoh, I even fantasize Yoh was a former police.
