Thank you for this, the lost funny and at the same time upsetting part was that people were saying it as an insult and putting down Jaewon - Karam, but the failed to realise that Jaewon - Junseo is the most cliche ending this could have.
i agree that the "cliche" would be junseo x jaewon but they're overall more interesting - jaewon and karam as a couple - i can't really picture their dialogue after they get together except for them being lovey dovey in a super shy way - there's no spice to the pairing. for x junseo and x redhead there's more dynamic involved. redhead isn't the healthiest option and junseo is an amazing guy so a lot of people would rather see them pair up
Yeah it's definitely more interesting with junseo and jaewon as we have seen from their PoV so we can relate and sympathise with them more. While with karam with him we have only seen him all smilly and go happy
moreover, we have seen junseo's past. if the mangaka wanted jaewon and karam as a couple why he/she spend so much time and effort to show us a third character's past? so we feel his pain more when he is rejected and hearbroken once more...?! That does not make any sense. Karam is a sweet pie but has a third role in this manhwa.
Id first like to say I want jaewon and junseo to end up together but i do think jaewon and karam are cute regardless. Anyways, its crazy to me that peopl think jaewon will end up with karam because its how cliche mangas end up. from my point of view, the cliche pairing would be jaewon and junseo and therefore are the pairing i think will end up together. the mc always has an unrequited love and he always has a best friend/friend who clearly is in love with him and treats him well and in the end they always end up dating when the mc realizes this. So, imo jaewon will end up with junseo because thats what always happens.
