It's a shounen ai or yaoi. Ok so here's what I remember. They used to be classmates but one moved away(A). A came back in High school I think and didn't recognize the guy who didn't move(B) and so for some reason B wanted revenge so he dated A and was going to break his heart. But it turned out A didn't recognize him because he actually needed glasses and so hadn't seen his face properly but had had a crush on him.
