I'd say he's more than just "sort of" manipulative

Yeah, i get what you mean. I said "sort of" because, the stuff he said to the uke at the restaurant, he could actually truly believe his own words and is really trying(albeit ignorantly) to save the uke from that pain his mum went through. OR he's saying all this to just get his own way. But at the same time, the problem with his mum started because of an Alpha, so i don't get why he is trying to get the uke to pair with him by telling him the horror behind pairing with someone who could easily leave you and to be honest its seems like something the seme would do ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
He's sort of manipulating. The only people that are truly affected by the pairing, are omegas. Alpha's can literally have many different pairs if they wish. His dad probably just left the mum and she couldn't get with anybody else because of the pairing.
