Yeah, he will treat him better, he's not in love with his former trainer, he just doesn't know how to show his emotions :D
I do detest the way Changgyeong treats Mokhwa. Like, he doesn't even appear apologetic after seeing Mokhwa's disappointment. However, he's young and .... not a human being. So, I suppose it makes sense that he only cares about his ex trainer. It's like how a pet or trained animal is only nice to its owner or those who're frequently in contact with it.
