I don't know where you got that from but the comment's about the cheating are only assumptions and the one supposedly being led around in the story is the seme... The uke even straight up saves his ass when he gets himself in trouble... We barely know anything about the uke (seme being the MC we only have his POV), he's quite intriguing if anything.
