I think people understand. It is obvious, but they think it’s not fair to make decisions for someone else without even talking to them about it. Just because your intentions maybe pure, it doesn’t mean your actions are right.
You cannot say whether a choice is right or wrong if you don't know how it will turn out.
The ideal decision isn't always right or effective.
Not all blames Yeon. Maybe they're just annoyed just like me. Cuz whattt, You just fired him like that just because of your delusion. You don't even try to explain it to him even though he's asking you sincerely. Yeon didn't even think of the outcome, that it might get hard for Taeho. Kinda insensitive if you ask me. Doesn't matter if it's unconsciously
You can very easily say some decisions aren’t right. Taking away other people’s choices isn’t right. I didn’t say I blamed Yeon. He’s precious, but he’s making a foolish mistake that many people in manga have made before, and it starts feeling tired.
The decision being poor doesn’t mean an outcome will be poor. And just because an outcome maybe good, doesn’t mean he made the right choice, because choices can be remade etc.

I understand your point that Yeon's decision to cut off his close relation to Taeho is unfair, but it doesn't mean that its wrong. Just like how life is unfair, we don't always get what we want. Sometimes, we do not see the value of not having what we want because we don't see the thing that we actually need. Yeon's decision wasn't wrong because his unfair decision lead their relationship to deepen (in the next few chapters) because Yeon was able to find resolution from his past. And if not for this setback, Yeon's will not realize his own feelings anytime soon. Taeho will never be able to realize that Yeon had grown in him as well and its not only just about his job. There are unfair choices that appear to be wrong, but sometimes its more than that. That's why, people should not be quick to judge the outcome of a decision, just because it seemed wrong to them. Just like what you said, a good outcome doesn't mean he made a right choice. However, its not only Yeon's feelings that are involved and Yeon was able to rethink his decision because Taeho realized somethingsomething, himself, from Yeon's unfair decision.
Why is everyone blaming Yeon? Can't you guys understand that the reason Yeon made Taeho quit is because he doesn't want to lose Taeho just like how he lost Naeun. The reason Yeon and Naeun separated wasn't revealed yet, but its obvious that its got something to do with Yeon's curse. Yes, they're not the same person, but both are persons that Yeon deeply cares about even if it means that he has to part ways with Taeho, he'll do it to keep him safe. SPOILERS!
