So, I read this like a month ago, and I just revisited this because I really liked this. I liked the plot. I guess I like the whole playboy falling in love and changing his ways type of thing, so this was perfect. I think the narration is very well done. Everything that was said was relatable and made sense. I could relate to Ikai in a lot of the things he said-like how he didn't know what love was like and the whole discussion on happiness equating to loving someone. I loved that. I also liked the pacing. Yes, they start dating right away, but neither are in love right away and the pacing is slow and believable. Actually, I almost forgot that it was a month throughout the volume because of how slow paced it was. It felt natural to me. I really think this should be higher rated. I think it might have something to do with the art style or that a lot of people cannot handle slow paced, but it was very good to me. For me, slower the pace, the better the turn out. We get to know the characters first, their feelings, their thoughts, their mannerisms, then we can see them slowly fall in love with each other. I love the shift from when Honma started out just wanting to have sex to see him slowly falling too. The audience feels the shifting feeling and that's what makes good story telling. The audience needs to feel it too! I think you should read it despite the rating because to me, it's really good.
