I agree, however I do feel like Kaoru did stand up for himself in the end. I think he went along with living and sleeping together for a bit because he really wanted and missed the Seme. But eventually realized that he couldn't live with JUST a purely physical relationship.

Don't hate me for saying this, it's just my opinion. Frist off the uke eventually stod up for himself and said that he wouldnt tolerate cheating anymore. Second is that if you paid attention to the seme he said at least 1-2 times that he never had to work to get a girl and he also never wanted any gf because it was a hassle so of course he dosn't know how to be in a relationship, and yes he is VERY dense since he didnt realize that he loved him and that's why he got sick and all. The third thing about the uke's birthday, give the seme a break, he has NEVER had a gf/bf before so of course he's not goung to remember such things lol.

But he was not in a relationship actually, he never said that he liked the seme so of course the seme did as he pleased. The uke said so himself that he didn't dare to say that he liked him. Just becuase you have sex does not mean that you are A couple. I have read several others where i could not believe that the seme/uke kept beeing in a relationship and there the charter knew that it was a relationship and still slept with others. All i'm saying is that how could the seme know the uke loved him when the uke never said anything. The uke said that he never did act that way becuase he didn't want the seme to hate him. Sometimes it is clearly shown with actions instead of words. I never that if you have sex you're in a relationship, but in this situation it was clear that the uke cared about the seme, while the seme simply acted selfishly. He acted like he didn't give a crap about the uke. If the uke didn't exclaim that he loved him the seme was even worse because not only he didn't admit his feelings, but also treated the uke like a whore(not meaning to slut shame), sleeping around with other people. He treated him like a toy.
