Don’t worry, you got this, and I know it can may seem hard sometimes to keep your head above water, but I believe in you, you can do it.

The opposite of depression is gratitude. Write down a list of five things that you are grateful for today, and every day add another thing to the list. Keep doing this for a month and 9/10 you will find you have more hope and less depression. Always remember that all feelings are temporary and if it gets to be too much for you to handle on your own, please see a professional. You are worthy of finding happiness and hope is never lost no matter how hopeless you feel.
