Yeah! Everyone is acting like a girl can't hang out/talk to guys if she has a boyfriend, but that's not true! She might be kind to a fault, but it's more the guys' fault for hitting on a girl that is taken.（￣へ￣）

Agree, Yuki just keep the flow! because she is the manager so she needs to keep the flow with the guys... but when one of them says they likes her, she rejected! and naruse sometimes acts like a kid.
Yes, Naruse was always surrounded by girls. And he always made sure they kept their distance, he always turned them down and especially he always came to Yuki, when he did upset her with his fangirls.
Also the behavior: Naruse always acts cold in front of all the girls who adore him, basically completly ignoring them. She on the other hand...well, lets just say she just spent an entire chapter thinking about another guy who she still did not seperate from clear enough.
These guys are her friends, she can't just ignore them and act cold to them, that's why she's thinking about them, she doesn't want to hurt their feeling.. Unlike Naruse, Yuki isn't childish, she is very mature and she's A MANGER ..ofc she has to talk with many guys and deal with them. Acting cold isn't the only way to reject them. And you already saw the last chapter, she defended Naruse infront of the guy who confess her.
It's not about "she is acting with them", ofc she is. It's more about managing the right distance and having the right priorities. She fails in both of these.
But isn't her fault those guys cant difference friendship, shes act for the way I saw normal with them but she notice things that happen to them and talk to them, for that reason they need to fall in love with her?
Naruse was hanging with 100 fangirls in high school and even now, he needs to grow up and be patience. At least, Yuki has only two guys who wants her and she already rejected them..the only reason why she's still talking to them is bc she is kind and doesn't want to hurt their feeling.
