Siwon is a poor little lamb. He is actually mentally challenged and should be in special Ed. Judging by all his tantrums and especially how gullible and easy to manipulate he is, he is probably a 7 year old trapped in a teenager body and with the age of 23.
Yeap, that's how the author created Siwon, a 23 y old that looks about 14 years old and has the mental capacity of a 7 year old.
