That doesn't matter... Jinha didn't know that, the point i'm making is that Jinha was hurt when he overheard it and it effected how harsh his response was to Siwon falling asleep during the project. Also, "consent"? For what? He didn't rape him... He got swept along and just kissed him back and licked his nipple... Sure Siwon drunkenly kissing him wouldn't have permitted sex, but a kiss BACK and licking his nipple while Siwon is acting LIKE THAT?? And he clearly was swept along by Siwon, he even says "why am i doing this? Siwon is my friend". Read ch 30 pgs 12-31. The scene lasts like 2 seconds and he stops when Siwon passes out. He was swept along by Siwon for a few seconds and then took him home when he regained his thoughts.

im not going any farther this comic is long. you wanna talk about me but your argument is siwon assuming jinha rapeing him, theres nothing wrong with him thinking that and hes not a bad person for thinking so. the first thing he saw that night was jinha and him making out, its normal to think that. and btw consent doesint only have to do with actual sex, its any sexual act. so what if he stopped when siwon passed out, if he didint they might have kept going. i dont want to do this anymore, im done. rereading this is just makeing me not like like jinha again because he was really crappy, and i can already tell know matter what your just going to keep blaming and hateing siwon, while ignoring jinhas falut, so this is just pointless. goodbye
You have tunnel vision because you are trying to make it sound like Siwon learned about him but then went "F*ck it, let's go hang out". OP said that he was choosing to associate with him afterwards and he wasn't. To associate with someone means to keep company aka spending time and he wasn't doing that. He literally had small connect with the dude and only when the dude sought HIM out. Now to INTERACT, your words, with someone means something else but if you are saying that Siwon is bad because he simply said stuff to him afterwards, regardless of the fact that he only yelled at the the dude or told him to leave him alone, then you are being downright unreasonable.

Your argument here is literally semantics, you're trying to pick apart the wording.
My point, as i've said literally this entire time, is that Siwon is ALWAYS at fault in one way or another. Even in the instances where it looks like he has a justifiable reason for his actions it's always revealed shortly after that Siwon did/said something that caused it all, he just doesn't know it till he finds out and it always nullifies his justification.
This isn't the case with Jinha, which is why his reasons matter, his are always justified and don't get nullified later. Don't blame me, the author Waje is the one to tell the story like this, in favor of Jinha. Siwon's "thing" is clearly supposed to be that he's cute/child-like, i think this is why. A child is almost never in the right.
If you hate Siwon and the story then drop it. I like him and Jinha. I like how the story is going, it's actually surprising. All you want to do is call Siwon stupid because he was nice to a dude when he didn't know that dude was evil because his boyfriend didn't tell him and that he was upset that he was outed. Literally the ONLY problem people have with him at this point and both are 100% reasonable. Meanwhile, Siwon literally went back in time to save Jinha. That alone should be enough to at least think about things from his pov.
But I guess you all blindly listen to people when they tell you to stay away from someone and don't give you a reason. If you were outed, you'd totally be cool as a cucumber about it.
My main problem with all of the complaints is that they don't go both ways. Jinha has caused just as much problems, if not more, that Siwon. The biggest problem in the series is the Chinese dude and that would have been fixed if he had just said, "That's him" on the spot.
