I do not agree with his behavior, but I do kind of feel bad for him. It must be really frustrating realizing that he could have been the one, if he just had tried a bit harder to understand Haruto.

Even If he did try harder to understand, I don't think he could be "the one." The rest of the tenants understand Haruto just fine, but they do not connect with him the way that Izumi does nor do they share the same interests. Neither does Ichimaru.

Perhaps, but the possibility is high. When Haruto felt like an outcast at both home and school, Ichimaru was the first to approach him, the first to stay by his side and the first to make an effort to get to know him. The other tenants might understand Haruto, but they generally leave him alone.

He is not really a bad guy, so it is understandable that you want him to be happy. My heart melted a bit, when I saw how desperately he wanted to be with Haruto.

Um that's what the above anonymous said, that the other tenants generally leave him alone, and yet they STILL don't treat him like shit even though they don't know him that well. Whether he's a bad guy or not is completely irrelevant. Also, y'know that when Ichimaru was a kid that Haruto was ALSO a kid... right? Meaning if he didn't know how to behave then neither did Haruto but that only gives ICHIMARU a pass? I'm sorry, but that sounds just a tad... hypocritical. T.

    1) The above anonymous only said that the other tenants do not connect with Haruto in the same way as Izumi. There is a difference between leaving someone alone and connecting with someone.

    2) Him being good or bad is not irrelevant. I feel bad for him and want him to be happy, because I think he is a good guy.

    3) I do not understand how it is hyprocritical to think that part of his behavior was due to age. No one is criticizing Haruto and no one is aggreeing with what Ichimaru did.
