Maybe he was a virgin! It would explain why he's so emotionally immature. We still don't know much about Jiwon's past relationships, if there was ever any at all.
He certainly does have past relationships. In previous chapters (and some of the raw chapters), he has flashbacks of what could have possibly been his past relationship. But we don't know much about it, except that Alex becomes rather uncomfortable when recalling them.

Alex, my guy, for someone who has apparently had a lot of anal sex you sure as Hell don’t seem to know shit about anal. Like I get that he was angry and wanted to “punish” DG or whatever but he should have enough common sense to realize that doing what he did had a very high probability of seriously seriously hurting DG, like having to go the hospital hurt.
