for me it dosent offend me because i'm not white or black
i'm from middle east and we don't use the n word (only some people who think they're cool and badass)

I don't see it that often, but for the offense paet, it depends on how it's used

I don't use it often, if ever. I find it offensive when white people use it, especially with a hard "r" (although it does largely depend on the context), but I don't really give a damn if my fellow niggas say it.

Never use it but I feel I have been programmed to think that saying the n-word when you're not black is kind of douche move, the blacklash is real.

It doesn't offend me but when someone who isn't black says it it just feels kind of weird even if they don't mean it in a bad way. For comparison it's like if I see two girls talking and one playfully calls the other bitch I wouldn't think anything of it. Or if a gay guy says it to a girl like "bitch please you know this looks good on me" I wouldn't think much of it. But if a straight guy says it to a girl it just takes on a whole new meaning. It's kinda like that.
