It's the first chapter, on the 26/27 page. After the Yuuichi falls unconscious from the kidnapping.
The teacher is passing by a door that Yuuichi is looking through. Then, in the next panel, someone (who we're going to guess is his mom) is caressing his face with a bloody hand while Yuuichi is crying and holding onto money. The kid is trAUmitized! Even without knowing the full story, and how he supposedly killed 3 people through manipulation, I feel horrible for him.

Since nobody is talking about the teacher of Yuuichi, I want to start with it now. Why the hell was he naked? He was naked when he died. Why? What did he do?
My first thought was that he was probably molesting Yuuichi. But it could be that it was someone precious to Yuuichi.
