i'd suggest you start with either young forever album or the most beautiful moment in life part 1 and 2 album, followed by wings album since it had each of the members solo and you might connect more with their personal songs and find a style that you like. and then you can follow that with you never walk alone album.
i personally prefer the old era since it was more unique but their music might appeal to you as they are now. the reason i suggested those albums was because i felt the most artistry in them.
