I got the feeling that what he meant when he said "the problems aren't the same!" wasn't that his bj rape was "less" rape than what happened to Nachi, but that what Nachi did to him and Nachi being "allowed" to be upset about being raped aren't connected. I took from it that he was saying "it doesn't matter what you did to me or that rapist, you still have the right to be upset you got raped". Nachi was saying he didn't have the right to be upset about the rape since he invited the guy to sex in the past first and because he had done the same thing to Chiaki.
