I would say no just because this is a very common theme in yaoi "i'm embarrassed, don't look" kinda thing, yes he did say no but that doesn't always mean no-in this genre. Putting real life into a manga let alone something as fujo-filled as this is near irresponsible, it makes no sense because it doesn't pertain to real life whatsoever and people should be able to differentiate between reality and a manga. Like anime and other things (yuri, hentai, etc.) everything is exaggerated and meant to push limits-that's how readers stay intrigued and they get views.

ah yes I agree completely... just wanted to add a little thing... rape is not only in yaoi...rape is prevalent in most erotica books and porn films I have read/seen from all around the world...it is also interesting to note that for the last decade or so, in france, there has been a a few hardcore porn movies made by women and funnily enough, rape abound and the sex are often for real (not simulated like in mainstream porn)... if you wanna check out french porn then Catherine Breillat is a good start :)
