I wanna read this shoujo manga but i cant remember its name

So i dont remember much but i do remember that there was this boy and a girl tht touched piano together and the girl wants the boy to touch again and when he does he discovers she turns blind and in the end shes seen playing a mini piano while blind. I read this years ago so im not sure if thats what the plot was abt but i am certain abt the last part and abt her turning blind,if u can think of any manga like this please dont hesitate to tell me abt it,ur help is appreciated.(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
