Thinking about reading this? Read me.

So I have mixed feelings on this. I really had to tune out my own morality and whatnot to read it. It was really fascinating from a psychological point of view. Basically, if you like Killing Stalking, you are gonna love this one right here. Major psychological horror stuff right here. It's terrifying, twisted, and sick, but it's actually a good read for a yaoi manga. It'll make your stomach twist in knots and want to scream and cry all at the same time. Really enjoyed this one, and I'm hoping the author thinks about doing a sidestory for the brother? I'd be interested in reading more about him too and his issues.

If you are faint of heart, do not read this. It's really raw and savage. Like I said, if you dig Killing Stalking, you'll dig this one. This one just has a lot more sexual harassment as opposed to, you know, straight up killing people.

Well I like Killing Stalking, but not this.. I like all the psychology behind killing stalking, but here it just doesn't work that way. I think the author lacks some insight in how rape survivors actually deal with the trauma afterwards. Also, I thought this manga was going to be about the uke's healing and finding happiness in the end, so I kept reading it.. but, no..

I think it fails because it's so unrealistic.. as if rape is something that you can overcome so easily and still be in love with the person who started it all? It makes no sense. Not even the stockholm syndrome can fully explain this. Furthermore, every single person is crazy or they just ignore what is happening, which just makes it even more unrealistic.

With killing stalking we know that both are mentally ill, so you don't really expect a normal story. Also I think killing stalking is more realistic, since it reminds me of real stories that I have heard about.

Good point, but it is fiction either way. I mean, I knew it wasn't going to turn out well when we learned more about Yule. The guy is like textbook psychopath (not literally i don't make it a hobby to open textbooks lmfao i served my time). But, I think this caters more to the rape fetish, or similar fetishes. Maybe that's more what I was thinking. I actually quite liked this one, but I like really fucked up stories (this isn't even the worst one I've read, sadly). But I do honestly like Killing Stalking a bit more than this one, mostly because of the art style and because the plot is a little more oHMYGOD WHAT HAPPENS NEXT as opposed to ohgodwhatelseisgoingtogowrong.

On a side note, I would like to mention that not everyone responds to rape in a similar fashion. I, unfortunately, have met quite a few people who've experienced it and have not had similar responses whatsoever. Love is also illogical altogether. We can still love someone who hurts us. It's just an incredibly painful predicament and one I can, thankfully, not fathom.

But I will definitely agree that literally everyone in this manga is friggin' weird. I think, honestly, the most realistic scene was when the sister found out what Yule had done to Kyung-soo. Like, she maybe had an inkling it was happening and didn't want to believe it, because that's her baby brother, and he may be screwed up, but surely not that much and then BOOM SURPRISE YOUR BROTHER IS SATAN SPAWN.

I think I over-analyzed some of it, or just didn't bother with certain parts because, like I mentioned, my morality kind of reared its head like wHOA THIS IS A LITTLE UH NO.

I dunno. I would say, if you like savagery and filthiness and if you have a rape fetish, then this might be for you. If you like more of a raw murderous intent with psychological fuckery, probably Killing Stalking.

To be completely honest, I don't think kyung soo is still in love with Yule, it's more like he gives up running and he was mind break through guit( that include his torture at the hands of Yule and his brother as his own fault). So, what I think is, Kyungsoo is not in love with Yule, but feel responsible for everything that happens, so he break up with dong hyuk cause he dosent think he deserve him, and he go back to Yule cuz he think he dosent deserve happiness. ( I think the flashback at the end was suppose to represent that. You hurt me and I hurt him, we both don't deserve happiness, so let just be miserable together).

Hahaha I love your description of both mangas (≧∀≦) like what are you into; savagery and filthiness or psychological fuckery?

Yeah it is fiction, but it could have been slightly more realistic and what not. The last scene with the sister is also my favourite and really well-made.. finally someone who appears a bit sane and where the reality hits them. I kind of wished he would end up with the brother, after the brother realised Yule's intentions, so that we could get some revenge on Yule..

But I guess this was just for people with a fetish for rape in the end..

That is one interpretation, and I also have my doubts, how to interpret the ending. Is it a sign of forgiveness, craziness or love?
I have a feeling that the mangaka just left it there for us to interpret what happens next.. like in Shutter Island for example..
