I think that this is the only way for many readers to stick with this to end ... just lower your expectations and usual standards and instead of cry at something that was once good or bearable, have a laugh at the surreal bad mess it became.
There is still entertaining value in something that is so bad, so stupid that they actually became a curiosity. That's the same attraction that those movies that win Razzie ( Golden Raspberry Award). The award was created to mock the worst of the worst in movies each year, a way to mock something that is so outrageously bad that earns recognition for it.
'A Man Like You' is like the Sharknado of Yaoi/Shounen Ai mangas. It actually deserves an award with special recognition for Siwon as the most unbelievable gullible and dumb uke an author could come up with.

Mate, you just compared Royal Servant with this... You compared Royal Servant - one of the greatest manga, with good character development, interesting story, and amazing art, that depicts expressions perfectly, with...with... THIS. It almost insult to Royal Servant (⊙…⊙ )

I know, they aren't really comparable. Just I was re-reading Royal Servant, it was a bit amusing at how different such a topic was handled. Also, Karis is around the same age as Siwon. He's 25, and I think Siwon is around 23-25?, it just highlights how immature Siwon has been made by the author.

It does feel like he's still in his puberty.

Some people don't like it. Not a big deal. For example I think Moritat is awful :) But a lot of people love it.
