Nah. It's not harassment. Sometimes when you're working , you'll experience some superiors like that, telling you it's wrong but won't ahow you what. If you're working and you haven't experienced it up to this point, boii. You're lucky.
I know. I said it bordered on harassment. Like as in that it was shitty and unproffessional but not severe enough for any complaints to be taken seriously.
Also I was more or less talking about his attitude in general.
But just because it happens frequently doesn't make it a right/nice thing to do...
Seriously, what he did bordered on harassment and abuse of authority. He just kept on rejecting Yukinori’s blueprint while giving absolutely no feedback.
He has no professionalism whatsoever and is allowing his personal feelings to influence his work relationships and is unfairly targeting Yukinori due to a personal vendetta.
Also, what a pretentious fuckhead. He’s known Yukinori for like five days and he already thinks that he knows everything about him. Hes such a judgemental person.
I hope his brother talks some sense into him.
I feel really bad for Yukinori. Everyone expects him to be exactly like his Grandfather even though he’s a completely different person.
